By combining battle ropes, pulleys, and rope climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. HustleSTRONG works on the fundamentals of strength training such as squats, deadlifts, push exercises and pull exercises. The class includes drills to improve athleticism and is separated into upper body push and pull day and lower body day for all-rounded development.
METCON
MetCon, or Metabolic Conditioning, challenges energy systems and strength endurance. Classes are conducted in a circuit-training format with various work-to-rest ratios and use all major muscle groups through different movements and exercises.
HustleFIT for Ladies
HustleFIT for Ladies is a female strength training class focusing on physique building. Participants can learn techniques and skills of different strength training exercises to help build their desired physique. It is beginner friendly.
