Structured coaching with a goal in mind, focused on developing strength, explosive power, speed, agility and endurance to maximise performance.

Training Plans

Programmes are divided into 4-week blocks, usually with 1-2 workouts repeated weekly. Reps and weights change within the block to support progressive overload, with workouts adjusted every 4 weeks.

A tennis-specific programme designed to improve strength, reduce injury risk and support on-court performance, including moving faster, hitting harder and lasting longer on court.

Basketball strength and conditioning

A basketball-specific strength and conditioning programme focused on modern athletic demands, including speed, jumping ability and strength.

Golf strength and conditioning

A golf-specific programme focused on strengthening the whole body, increasing drive and iron shot distance, developing a faster and more explosive swing, improving performance on the green and reducing the chance of golf-related injuries.

A programme for athletes of different sports designed to improve strength, speed, power, endurance, agility, flexibility and mobility, while reducing injury risk and improving overall performance.

LOUIS DOCTROVE

Co-owner & Head Coach

Louis has a BSc in sports and exercise science, strength and conditioning qualifications and 16 years experience as a coach. He has helped junior and adult athletes improve their performance. As a junior, he was ranked #4 in Hong Kong as an U18 tennis player, trained with the elite squad at the Hong Kong Sports Institute, played junior International Tennis Federation tournaments around Asia and later played college level tennis. Louis and his team work with several top tennis athletes in Hong Kong, including Nicholas Cheng.
