Powerlifting might look intimidating, but it's a welcoming sport that builds muscles and core strength, making everyday activities easier and reducing injury risk. The training is designed to help individuals improve in the big 3: squat, bench press, deadlift and accessory work. With a focus on proper techniques and progressive overload, powerlifting is accessible to all fitness levels. Whether you are a complete beginner or a competitive athlete, we have the most suitable coaching for you to progress.
Our Weightlifting classes are tailored to individuals looking to improve their technique and strength in the Olympic weightlifting movements: snatch and clean & jerk. Participants will learn proper form and progress in their lifting abilities in these technical lifts following a structured program. These classes are beneficial for individuals looking to compete in weightlifting, enhance their athletic performance or simply improve their physical well-being in a fun style of lifting.
Our Sweat & Build classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels, offering a full body workout where you SWEAT with circuit training and BUILD with weight training. By participating in these classes, individuals can expect to see improvements in muscle tone, endurance, cardio fitness and overall physical performance.
Unlock new levels of body control, strength, and balance in our Calisthenics: Handstands and Rings class! This dynamic session is designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. You’ll develop foundational skills in handstands and master basic to advanced movements on gymnastic rings, all in a supportive, step-by-step environment. Handstand Progressions: Learn proper alignment, balance drills, and techniques to safely build your freestanding handstand. Rings Training: Build upper body and core strength while exploring ring supports, dips, rows, and more. Spacious gym with a great vibe also the best Olympic weightlifting gym I have been. Coaches are friendly and helpful. Attended few group classes and the energy was always amazing.
