RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where participants control the intensity. It is fun, low impact and can burn loads of calories during a 45-minute session. The instructor leads hill climbs, sprints and flat riding with music, and participants control their own resistance and speed. It is suitable for beginners and expert cyclists. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are recommended for a better experience.

Les Mills Bodybalance

What I love about Project S is the variety. Some days I go for high-energy RPM, other days I slow down with yoga or stretch. It keeps my routine fresh and motivating. Especially for RPM, I always book RPM with Ason, he turns a workout into a shared journey, mixing challenge with fun. It’s honestly addictive.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years now after trying out different places. So far the best instructors I had and a great variety of classes and time slots. Also the studio has great facilities, an amazing view (that is definitely a plus...) and a great vibe you can't really find elsewhere.
