This particular location tends to be overcrowded, classes tend to get booked very fast with little to no available spots :( but overall it’s PURE so generally clean and well-equipped.

Really convenient to join this gym location, with the tramway stopping nearby. A lot of windows, really clear. Machines are different from other pure locations, so I was a bit lost, but it is nice to change your habits of workouts :) Changing rooms have space, so it is never too crowded.

Definitely not worth the premium price. Facilities are ok (it’s a new site), but it’s always overcrowded. The admin side of Pure is everything bad about gyms. They intentionally make it cumbersome to pause or cancel your membership, hidden T&Cs, opaque billing etc. Overall an underwhelming experience.

It's a fairly decent gym, I came here on Saturday morning & it was a bit busy but quietened down a bit before lunch. Equipment is as you'd expect, Smith machine, Glute raise. Staff seem friendly, no major issues except I probably wouldn't want to come here at peak hours as its not as big as you might expect from the outside

one housekeeping staff always stare at people and do nothing at the female changing room. the stare is very rude amd unfriendly. it is a changing room. stop gazing at people like s surveillance camera.

This gym chain continues billing you even after you have given them 7 weeks of notice to terminate plus plenty of reminders. Besides, this place is crowded on most days. Not worth the premium fees it charges. A nightmare to deal with

Forgot the locker number. The office manager only allowed to try 3 lockers. I could not take my work clothes out the locker. It made me look like an idiot to wear gym clothes in the office. It’s quite humiliating

Great gym! It's spacious, bright, and has various equipment and training areas. The equipment is well-maintained and uses up-to-date technology. It's also easy to get to, and the classes are really good. The only issue is that classes fill up quickly.

There aren't many people around between 8 and 9 in the morning. The indoor environment is comfortable, and the location between Admiralty and Wan Chai is very convenient.
