Nizar moved to Hong Kong in 2018 with his wife and has experience in combat sports and strength training. His athletic background includes years of strength training and competitive experience in Muay Thai, kickboxing and boxing in Thailand and Switzerland. After years of competing, he transitioned to coaching with a balanced and sustainable approach focused on long-term health and strength. He trains individuals and groups at all levels and speaks Arabic, French, German, Italian and English.
Annie grew up in Hong Kong and Vancouver and began her fitness journey during her final year of university after experiencing constant fatigue and wanting a healthier lifestyle. Her personal journey became a graduate degree and full-time career in fitness over the past 10 years. Rob Luceño Fogerty is a personal trainer with 10+ years of experience. He began his career at David Lloyd’s Leisure Brighton in the UK and holds a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s University, Twickenham. He competes for Société Générale Valley RFC in the Hong Kong Premiership and captained the Philippine Men’s National 7’s team to gold at the 2019 SEA Games.
