Initially started lifting weights to physically get better at basketball - turned out to be a better lifter than a basketball player, so have been a (kind of accidental) Powerlifter since.
Moral of the story; lifting heavy and being strong is for everyone! Give it a go, even it it’s by accident.

Strength Culture offers Group Classes using different training methods to create a training experience that challenges and changes participants.
One-to-one Personal Training
Strength Culture offers one-to-one Personal Training services with thoughtful coaching and weight training as the foundation of the programme.
ALL-IN Package
The ALL-IN package combines Personal Training, Group Classes and Open Gym. It includes 12 PT sessions, 3 months group class membership and 3 months open gym membership. A dedicated Coach personalises PT sessions to the client’s goals and biomechanics, recommends suitable group classes and can provide an independent Open Gym programme.
Level: Suitable for all goals and levels, from beginners who have never touched a weight before to people who have been training for years.
Duration: 12 PT sessions, 3 months group class membership, and 3 months open gym membership
Free Personal Training Trial
A free Personal Training trial is offered to kickstart a training journey with Strength Culture.
Open Gym
Open Gym is included in the ALL-IN package. A Coach can provide a programme to complete independently during Open Gym hours for more tailored training.
